The station is owned and controlled by MOE Pty Ltd and is the only station that is targeting the youth with two languages of broadcast, IsiXhosa and English in the Amathole District.
JOE FM is a platform of expression for young people without being judged.
The JOE FM listener is a male or a female between the ages of 16– 35 and very proud of his/her isiXhosa heritage. The JOE FM listener is very aspirational and hungry for education; development and employment opportunities.
